Personailty: This AI was given no personality in order to get it's job done regardless of the consequenses. Unfortunately for Umbrella, it is AI and a personality could possibly develop in the future.
Strength and power: The AI has the ability to twist and contort itself to form different shapes and 'morph' into certain things. It also can take over the body of a living thing and merge it into itself. This is extremely painful for the victim and they are concious throughout the entire process. Once the host is discarded, it usually dies due to the reality bending wires that tear it's body apart when it 'de-merges'.
Weakness: Extremely weak in it's wire form, it must take up a host to perform jobs as it is only made of mere 'wire'. This doesn't limit it to no strength whatsoever, just minimal.
History: Many years ago, Umbrella developed an AI to protect it's sensitive information, a security guard for the mainframes that needed no rest and could work and solve problems quicker then a human could think. This went on for some time without any trouble except for the supreme elite hackers that rarely even gave Umbrella a glance, let alone any strife.
Recently, Umbrella had developed a strange reality bending substance that could only be formed if concentrated in wire thin beams of light. These seemed to act like super conductors and were just as solid as steel.
The AI was intergrated into this and it formed a humanoid body in order to move around freely. Umbrella done this because they needed some form of damage control and the fact that the AI was not being used effectively, it took mere seconds to train it in combat tactics and such due to it merely accessing files on the information of the mainframe.
The AI also has access to the mainframes of Umbrella for instantaneous receiving of instructions. It has been taken on a few errand stealth missions in which it has transferred commands to superiors on the fly and has taken command at some points, every mission being a success and holding no casualties on the friendlies side.
The substance of the wires bends reality and allows the AI to take control of the mind of the host once it has merged with it. If close to a power source, the host will glow in the parts where the wireframe is placed, it being invisible under normal circumstances.
It does not have eyes as such and only really sees the world around it if it takes a host, veiwing through their eyes. It uses a constant active sonar system to see the world around it in 360 degrees all around it at a top range frequancy of exactly 35kHz making it unreachable for human ears. Very loud explosions and EMF's can effect this so it has a backup laser reflection system which unfortunately allows it to see in 80 degrees at one time.
